Heres a recent picture of myself from a cast and crew photo shoot. I personally prefer being behind the camera instead of being in front of it, but it doesn't always happen lol.
The camera we were using for these shoots was a Canon 7D with a 18-135 f/3.5-5.6. I think it was set at an exposure time of 1/200 with the f-stop set at 4.5 at 85mm. Don't quote me on it though lol :D Wow, umm I really got technical there lol
It was a nice camera, but I agree with you my Ideal camera is a 5D. The school I w2as at during december uses the 5D for everything! Its a little big though.
I don't think I would mind a big camera. One of the lenses for my T2i is a Tamron 70-300 and it is super heavy, but you just get used to it after awhile.
What are you using your photography for? Are you mainly doing portraits? It's so much fun!!
Lol, well one of the main reasons I am in photography is so that I can save moments of my life to look back on later. I do love taking portraits, but I love landscape pictures too! I like sharing the world the way my eyes and camera see it! God created this world with so much beauty that I again I love share his beauty from my view point.
Amen!! That is one of the main reasons that I shooting animals (with a camera, that is)...they are such a testimony of God's creativity!!!! Landscapes are awesome, too...we just don't have too many awesome opportunities out here in the desert LOL
JUSTIN! Oh. My. Goodness. You grew up!!! Wow.
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of camera are you using in these shoots? I totally like to be behind the camera, too :)

Wow, a 7D...lucky!! My "little" T2i does pretty good, but my dream camera is a Canon 5D.
ReplyDeleteI was scared you were going to say you were using a Nikon :D

ReplyDeleteLol, No! I am not a Nikon user lol.
